For Account Holders
- A Verification of Mortgage (VOM) can be requested by emailing support@aven.com with “Verification of Mortgage” in the subject line.
For Lenders or Third Parties
- Requests must be submitted to support@aven.com with “Verification of Mortgage” in the subject line, accompanied by the borrower's written and signed authorization as an attachment.
