Do I need to notify Aven if I transfer my property into a living trust?

If you are transferring your property into a revocable living trust, you do not need to notify Aven or submit any paperwork to us. 

If you are transferring the property into an irrevocable trust, or if your trust brings in unrelated third parties as trustees, our team will need to review the full trust documents. In those specific cases, please contact our support team by phone or emailing support@aven.com.
