Once your account is paid off and closed, Aven sends a reconveyance request to your county recorder to officially release the lien on your property. The county recorder’s office normally takes 30 to 90 days, though exact timing depends on local government backlogs and processing speeds.
If you are currently refinancing with another lender, they will often accept proof that this request has already been submitted while you wait for the final recorded document.
