If cardholders wish to close their account, a payoff letter should be requested through the mobile app or by email to support@aven.com. Once balances are paid and are no longer subject to reversal or dispute by the borrower, Aven will process liens and close the account at the end of the billing cycle. If cardholders send the required payoff funds via wire transfer, Aven will release the lien at the end of the billing cycle. If cardholders send the payoff funds via another method, Aven may take up to 60 days after receiving the funds to release the lien.
