At the annual renewal, the following situations (that are not expected to occur in normal course of events) give Aven the discretion to not renew an account.
- Non-use of the credit line;
- Delinquencies on the Account;
- A record of fraudulent or criminal behavior;
- The value of the property securing the Account declines significantly below its appraised value for purposes of the Account;
- There has been a material change in financial circumstances and as a result of that change, Aven reasonably believes the cardholder will not be able to meet the repayment requirements of the Account;
- The cardholder is in default of a material obligation in the cardholder agreement;
- Government legislation prevents us from operating as a business or prevents us from charging interest on your balances or from retaining a security interest in your account.
In case Aven has to not renew an account, the cardholder will have five years to pay off revolving balances OR to continue to pay any installment plans to their respective terms.
