Aven uses automated valuation models (called AVMs) to estimate what your home is worth. These are run by outside companies. Because of this, Aven cannot change the value they provide.
Sometimes, we may need a "drive-by" appraisal where a professional takes photos of the outside of your home to check its condition. You do not need to be home or let anyone inside for this. This helps us make sure our digital records match how the house looks today.
