If an ID is expired, void, or damaged, the applicant must obtain a valid ID before they can complete a notary session. We can only accept an original, unexpired identification document, such as a Driver's License, State ID, Passport, or Permanent Resident Card. Those signing as a co-owner may, in addition to the forms of ID listed above, also use an Employment Authorization Card.
