If you suspect your card details have been stolen or misused, immediately block your card from the Aven Card app at https://my.aven.com. After that, email Aven at support@aven.com.
If you notice unauthorized transaction(s), contact the merchant. In most cases, transaction issues are resolved through direct communication between the cardholder and the merchant. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the merchant, tap on the transaction and tap on "Report a problem" and enter the required details for Aven to investigate the issue.
